I first met Brianna in a nail salon in January of 2018, where we both were getting a pedicure. She was on hold with the Disney Cruise line and had been on hold for most of the day. When I asked why, she said it was because the newest cruise dates were released that day for travel agents and she had a few clients she was trying to book before they were open to the public. I thought, Wow! That is serious devotion! I told her we were planning on going to Disney World for Spring Break 2019 and that I’d get with her to have her help me when it got closer. 
I contacted her in November of 2018 and told her our plans. She got on and booked it for me. Then she got on and booked our fast passes 30 days out making sure we got our top choices and recommended her favorites as well. She also booked us dining with characters one day of our trip and kept watching for an opening at Cinderella’s Royal Table, which is where you dine inside Cinderella’s castle at Magic Kingdom! Her devotion paid off because she was able to get us in! We had to switch days around and change fast passes but she took care of all of that! She was always quick to respond to any questions I had before the trip but also during the trip! She had great suggestions for shows to go see at the different parks and helped with any questions we had while at Disney World. We will for sure be using her again for future trips, not just Disney trips but other trips we have planned in the future.
